Story Ownership Statement

By submitting your story, including your name, and any other personal information, you agree that your story may be used, published and distributed by the My Baseball Story project on all media and licensees and platforms without any limitation in time. You also agree that we may use any personal contact information you provide to contact you about your story and that we will use such personal contact information according to our privacy policy.

Copyright Statement
Each photograph and the content of this website is legally protected by U.S. and International copyright laws and may NOT be copied and used for reproduction in ANY manner without the explicit written authorization of My Baseball Story Project: (info@mybaseballstory.com). Other usages of the photographs and content must be negotiated, and may not be used without express written consent. Unauthorized duplication or usage is prohibited by the copyright law and will be prosecuted. If an infringement is discovered, you will be notified and invoiced the industry-standard triple fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of US $100,000 statutory damages as well as our court and attorney’s fees.
